SUPPLEMENENTARY REGULATIONS
(1) JURISDICTION
Promoted by Dannevirke Car Club Inc. Held under the provisions of the National Sporting Code of
Motorsport NZ and these Supplementary Regulations.
(2) PERMIT:
Motorsport NZ Clubsport Advanced. Permit number tba.
(3) OFFICIALS:
CLERKS OF COURSE: Rod Bracegirdle, Daniel Feck, TBA
SCRUTINEER: TBA
(4) VENUE/TIME:
Otaria Rd, off Top Grass Rd, west of Dannevirke.
Gather from 9:00 am for Documentation and Scrutineering. Drivers briefing approximately 9:45
am.

(5) DIRECTIONS:
Approximately 1km south of Dannevirke turn onto Laws Rd and head towards the ranges. Turn
right onto Top Grass road. Travel approx 1.5km then turn left onto Otaria rd.
(6) ENTRIES, FEES
Dannevirke Car Club members $30, others $40. Entries taken on the day
(7) CANCELLATION:
All weather venue. In the unforeseen circumstance of a cancellation we will do our best to advise
the prospective entrants we know of.
(8 ) PROGRAMME:
(a) Documentation and auditing will take place at the venue from 9.00am
(b) Drivers briefing will be held at approximately 9:45am
(c) All timed runs are official, and are expected to run until approximately 3:30pm
(9) RESULTS:
(a) Displacement of a cone or marker will result in a 5 second penalty per cone
(b) Failing to complete the course correctly will result in the competitor being awarded the slowest
time of the day, plus five seconds
(c) Placings will be awarded by your fastest time in any run.
(d) Results will be e-mailed, and posted on the car club website, unless specifically requested
otherwise
(10) FURTHER INFORMATION:
(a) Any vehicle wishing to carry a passenger must be fitted with a roll cage, full harness belts, and
suitable seating, as per Schedule A Safety, and Schedule C Clubsport regulations. The vehicle must
be approved by the Clerk of the Course.
(b) All driving outside the venue must be of the highest standard, as should we incur the wrath of
the locals we may lose the venue.
